Developer Allan Smith and his wife Susan have selected my rugs for their own condo at Steeple View, a $100 million project comprising 110 luxury condos in four-building, plus commercial tenants, in Newtown, PA, a charming village in Bucks County.

The Smith condo, designed by Nancy Gracia of Bare Root Design Studio, features my Color Collection rugs in the living room and music room and fabricated Nu-Silk carpets in the master bedroom. The impressive, wood-paneled lobby welcomes guests with my Isfahan carpet of 150 knots New Zealand wool and natural silk.
